I have carefully read the messages post on the forum of the French Association for Artistic Woodturning (AFTAB), those sent to the address of Robert and those post on the guestbook of this site.

At every reading I felt the emotion and the tribute that each of you expressed in his message, be grateful. A rest assured your turn my gratitude because if Robert tried to convey his best knowledge, your written messages or telephone, your visits, friendly exchanges with it, all this has clarified the end of his life, and that is a lot. Thank you most sincerely to all.

Supported thanks to Bernard Guyon, without him this site would not exist. It is thanks to his knowledge, his patience and friendship that Robert was able to line "step by step" and pass on his experience. It's still thanks to him that the site will continue to exist to give the taste and the key to turning new followers. Thank you and recognition.

Finally as a token of friendship Paul Texier and Jean-Claude Charpignon jointly conducted the urn containing the ashes of Robert. Thank you both for this moving tribute.
